We have changed our primary components very little over the years; preferring to continue with superior quality reliable components rather than source for a competitive price. This stability enables us to readily provide spare components when needed.

If a component has become obsolete from the manufacturer, we normally can offer a direct replacement.

Spares orders are promptly processed. We despatch them the same day as ordered for a morning delivery on the following day as standard.

In order to provide a replacement component, we require information about the component reference and probably the control panel reference.

We keep comprehensive records of all our control panels going back to 1986 and have copies of corresponding electrical diagrams for all.

Copies of these diagrams can be purchased for all control panels.
